Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At DOKE Talent, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services and ensuring a smooth and effective experience for our clients. To maintain the quality and integrity of our services, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: 1. Cancellation: Cancellations are not allowed once coaching sessions have been scheduled and confirmed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the commitment of our coaches' time and resources, we cannot accommodate cancellations. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time based on coach availability. 3. Rescheduling Limit: Each client is allowed to reschedule their coaching session once within the validity period of their coaching package. Subsequent rescheduling requests will not be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of exceptional circumstances beyond your control, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, we may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such circumstances. 5. Communication: Effective communication is essential for a successful coaching experience. If you need to reschedule a session or have any concerns regarding the policy, please contact us promptly to discuss your situation.
